Our self-pay model allows for unrushed visits, thoughtful treatment planning, and direct communication—without the limitations often imposed by insurance.

Initial Comprehensive Visit
$150
- A detailed evaluation for primary care or mental health concerns.
- Includes assessment, diagnosis, and development of a personalized treatment plan.
Established Patient Follow-Up Visit
$85
- Ongoing care to monitor progress, adjust medications if needed, and support long-term stability and wellness.
Medication-Assisted Treatment Membership
$149 per month
A structured and supportive program that includes:
- Medication management
- Routine follow-up appointments
- Monitoring and accountability
- Integrated mental health support
Compassionate, judgment-free care focused on long-term recovery.
• Payment is due at the time of service
• Cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA accepted
• Superbills available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement
